“I received the watch within a week of getting the teaser email and subsequent order of the white faced minimalist Modesto watch. The watch arrived in suitably well designed embossed packaging. My first impression on opening the box was that of satisfaction, so often gorgeous photography can oversell a watch, but not on this occasion. More impressive was the quality of the branded quick release leather strap, nice soft leather with Sternglas etched on the metal clasp. The watch itself doesn't shout quality with its plastic body, but does reflect its price range. This is an uncomplicated watch with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, hopefully time will reveal it to be good value.”

“I have one of the first watches made by Sternglass. I purchased about 3 years ago. Still beautiful. Still works well. I still get compliments on it. I thought I would try similar with a black face instead but found that on arrival, the change was not worth the cost. But I definitely recommend Sternglas.”

“Leider waren meine letzten beiden Uhren nicht sauber verpackt ( Deckglas - Cover nicht sauber aufgebracht, Uhr lag verdreht in der Verpackung..) deshalb lediglich 4 statt der 5 Sterne. ansonsten: .. tolle Uhren mit einem Klasse- Preisleistungsverhältnis. sehr gut leicht im PLUS einreguliert .”

“A few months ago I ordered a watch with a leather strap. After a few months, the strap showed signs of wear. I contacted customer service and was immediately sent a replacement strap. The friendliness and naturalness with which this happened was very positive.”

“Meine Marum ist genau so wie ich mir meine Uhr immer gewünscht habe. Schlicht und schön! Der Service von Sternglas war super, schnelle Lieferung. Bin sehr zufrieden bis jetzt (habe sie vor einer Woche erhalten) und kann Sternglas nur empfehlen.”

“I bought the Marus after reading a review on the Fratello Watches website. Bauhaus meets the dive watch - how cool is that? It’s simple, clear, and very classically beautiful. It wears big on the wrist, and the steel bracelet makes it quite heavy. But the quick-release pins make it easy to change over to a lighter strap I’m wearing it on a sailcloth strap from Watchgecko at the moment. I didn’t know the Sternglas brand before - but I am very impressed. Thanks also to Sarah from the Customer Service team for reassuring me that all was OK with my order.”

“2nd time I order a watch with Sternglas, 2nd time I return it. This time, wrong watch has been sent. And again, pictures on website are always much better than the actual timepiece which felt pretty cheap in real life. I give 3 stars though for the quality of customer service, and on time delivery. A pity the watches are over promising and not quite delivering..”
