“Insofar as I can tell, an excellent company that is run very efficiently and which prioritises customer satisfaction: turnaround from the ordering to the receipt of my purchase was 3 business days. That’s just fantastic. Communication was clear and consistent without being too present, so all in all, a very good shopping experience.”

“Great customer support! I communicated with Sarah and she was quick and solved all my problems, including canceling order of a wrong model I ordered, just in time. Then I ordered a better watch and I had it in 12 hours (cca 850 km far from Hamburg... insane speed of delivery!)”
