“Very good communication, efficient procedure as watch arrived 24 hours earlier than expected. Well packaged to avoid damage, but did get 5 copies of my invoice!”

“Really liked the sternglas team mail response, they were on-time, helped me with the delivery issue and also provided watch strap as a compensation. The only problem we faced was the late delivery and postal service charged us for custom service. Other than that your team is great.”
