“Hi Sternglas Team, I have really enjoyed the watch! From a usage standpoint, there was one morning where the watch had lost time after wearing it for a week. I reset the time and activated it again based on my watch timing. Over the last two weeks it has been dead on and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. I’ve confirmed it several times with my phone by watching the minutes change and the location of the minute hand on my watch. In general, I love the green, copper, and orange colors. If it’d be possible to have the minute and hour hands also have the glow n the dark material, that would also be awesome! I really enjoy the way that the watch feels on my wrist and looks with all of my outfits! I’ve got several pictures because it has been a lot of fun to look down at my wrist during the day! I have really enjoyed the vintage feel it has as well, along with the engraving on the back. Thank you for making such a cool watch!! Kind Regards, Travis F.”

“ORDER #E10023193 Hello, at first I have to apologize, that I reply so late. I had not so much time despite have Naos Automatik on my hand :-) The watch is great, I really like it!!! Thank you for your work! I had only two small points to improve: 1) Packaging - when I got my packet and opened, the watch lay on the side, so the "wow effect" was not so big. I tried put her in another box and made a screen. I think is better and maybe you should offer similar box. 2) Crown for winding the movement - she is so slim despite I have small hand. Its a little bit complicated to wind it. But these are only small things and watch are perfect and I am happy to check time every day :-) Have a nice day and lot of great watches! Tom Červinka”

“Hallo Liebe Leute bei Sternglas, ich habe meinen Band erhalten, danke schön. Ich hatte schon einen, die farbe war dunkler. Deshalb bin ich ein bisschen entteuscht, ich weiss nicht warum der Band jetzt heller ist. Die Auslieferant hat mir keine SMS oder EMail bevor die Auslieferung gesendet, er war plötzlich vor meiner Tür, und natürlich ich war nicht zu Hause. Zwar in 2 Strassen entfernt, er konnte mich nicht warten, und er verweigert sich die 2 Strassen Strecke nehmen. Bitte prüfen, welche ungarische Auslieferungpartner am Ende die Lieferung machte, und mein Feedback an deren durchzugeben. Ich habe für die Auslieferung bezahlt, ich erwarte eine SMS vor Auslieferung. Ich bleibe weiterhin ein Sternglas fan, blos bin ich jetzt ein bisschen entteuscht. Schönen Tag für Euch! MfG János”

“Beautiful watch as per all the photos. Some companies use Miyota mechanism, and don’t disclose the exact model. Some of these are not as good and leak time. My watch from Sternglas has no such issue. The leather strap may not have as many holes as it could. I have quite a small wrist. Nothing a simple tool cannot fix. The quality of the watch is as such that this slight issue doesn’t even come into consideration in terms of recommending this watch.”

“It is always a crapshoot of sorts when dealing with a company located in a different country (if problems should arise). As my surname is Himmelberger (my family migrated to the U.S. from Bavaria during the 17th century), I decided to roll the dice. Haha. Seriously, though, I counted on the well-established German reputation for excellence. I was not disappointed. Not only did the watch meet my expectations, it arrived in a timely manner (pun intended). I have nothing but good things to say about Sternglas.”
