“We booked a two night get away at the Hunter Valley but live in Sydney and due to a global pandemic we are unable to attend. Ideally it would be good to reschedule or receive a portion of our money back but we have been informed that won’t be the case. Very disheartening, what started out as a great deal has turned into a great headache.”

“I was hesitant to use Snaptravel because of some of the poor reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I had no problem with my payment or check in at the hotel. I will definitely use them in the future!”

“Terrible experience with Snaptravel! They canceled my hotel booking due to COVID. However there were no restrictions in place for them to need to do so. I contacted the hotel directly and was told that yes they could see my booking had been cancel but was not by them. Snap travel then made it impossible to contact their so called “amendment team” which apparently had been notified of my issue and were going to contact me. I’m still waiting! They’ve taken my money and not provided the service. Don’t be fooled by the extra couple of dollars you may save booking with them. It’s a scam!”

“Snaptravel is a timesaving life saver I had a last minute out of state emergency my dear beloved relative in ICU I went online looking for a discount traveling assistance helpung me find a hotel for unknown amount of stay. Tgey were available to help me at anytime day or night”

“There was an emergency at my home that required me to look for a hotel nearby within an hour I came across snaptravel being $40 to $50 cheaper than all other agencies really save the day. No extra charges AT ALL!”
