“I'm going to give them a 5 star because they really do have the best prices and alot of ways to book easily. One thing I found very frustrating was when I booked a room just so we could use the nice hot tub and pool, I found out 5 minutes after I booked they hadn't been working for months. I messaged snap and kept getting canned messages, they said it was nonrefundable, more canned messages got no where. I finally just asked if you can't help me who can, I got a phone number and the lady was great, hooked me up taken care of. So all in all, great service, if there is a problem don't go through chat to fix it.”

“I am extremely pleased! Best price there was. Even the man at the front desk of the hotel said to me when I checked in that Snaptravel is the cheapest there is. “You won’t find it any cheaper than them” is what he said. I literally booked and went into the hotel. Of course the man at the front desk told me it could take a few hours, but since they’ve never had problems with Snaptravel in the past, he went ahead and gave me the room key & didn’t make me wait. Even if he did; it wasn’t long at all before my information popped up. I’d say it was 30 minutes Max. Booking was easy. Price was awesome! We are happy!”

“Staff very helpful during my check in. So very pleased that my room was cooled down when I opened the door. Bed was very comfortable. I could have slept hours longer but received my wake up call on time. Will definitely stay again.”

“SNAPTRAVEL IS OUTSTANDING. RECENTLY HAD A PROBLEM WITH A HOTEL RESERVATION & THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE CAME TO MY RESCUE, ALONG WITH A FOLLOW-UP. VERY COURTEOUS, AS WELL AS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. COMPARED TO OTHER WEBSITES, THEIR RATES ARE THE BEST. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR ANY FUTURE TRAVEL PLANS.”

“Snaptravel is amazing! Booked 2 nights at Xcaret Resort through them and I can definitely say we got a great deal! Got an email confirmation right after booking and a text reminder of our booking 2 days before checking in to the hotel. Everything went smoothly and will definitely be booking through them again.”
