“Snaptravel was very good to deal with, but I had my service dog with me and they charged me $25 per night. Service animals are supposed to be free. I want a refund from the hotel and wonder how to do that.”

“Our first time dealing with Snaptravel. We saw a good hotel that received high marks listed at a good price. Snaptravel saved us an additional 20% over the price that was originally advertised, and the hotel was as nice as it was described. Would definitely recommend Snaptravel to anyone looking for a great deal on a nice place to stay in your travels.”

“I had apprehensions about the service because of how much more affordable it offered the same room as all the others. Took a risk and went for it. Seamless. They sent the booking # right away. We’re clear that there were no additional fees, except for a small tourism fee (3% as indicated). Never spammed. Never had any issue. Flawless. And 65% of the coat of all other 3rd party offers. Impressive.”

“My wife and I made plans to attend an event in Palm Springs but we needed a place to stay. We were going to settle for a simple chain hotel but then we saw the pictures of the pool at the Margaritaville Resort! I contacted snap travel via Facebook messenger and within seconds they gave me a quote way cheaper than the establishment themselves! Thanks snap we were bragging about our bargain all weekend! Based on this experience I will absolutely be doing business with them in the future!”
