The service is great the staff are very friendly and helpful everything is very clean and the food is delicious well presented and you don't have to wait long to pay with a nice view

I organised a stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel near the airport. The staff were incredibly helpful, in abundance, and talked me through everything. Organised dinner via the ipads, the carparking, a breakfast voucher and a $10 shuttle to the airport the following morning. The room was large, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and going through Snaptravel took the price down from $110 to $95, including wifi, not bad at all.

The whole process was simple and easy . everything went just like you would expect the room was clean and ready waiting for me I would recommend snap travel to everyone

For third party booking sites SNAPTRAVEL was simple and easy to use! The rates are outta this world and I plan on booking with them more often! I used them three times in three days with no issues at all! Everyone should try this site fir their traveling needs! Thanks Samantha

Third party reservation can be a hassle at the front desk. When your reservation IS not on their system yet. When I found that the hotel could NOT retrieve my reservation. Snap travel was able to HANDLE IT IMMIDIATELY. 🥰😅🛌

Room not booked, even after confirmation received it was 2 months earlier, alternative offered accommodation did not know about my booking. No response to my emails asking for refund of payment paid.

The site was very easy to navigate. A hotel I was familiar with was on the list of destinations. There were no issues when checking in. I would definitely book through Snaptravel again

First time I used Snaptravel, relied in past on Priceline, which is good one, some Expedia or Kayak, although usually go direct to Jetblue fir my air. Snaptravel was easy, had better and more hotels listed as available then other sites, and needing a hotel on just 2 days notice was delighted to find a 3 stars hotel resort And spa, on the bay, in Tampa bay for a really great price. Even better, having never used Snaptravel before, fearing a scam, poor confirmation or get to hotel and NOT really have a reservation... I got immediate confirmation, a text confirming it, and next day a text from hotel my reservation again( eased my fears), AND they are looking forward to my arrival. Got to hotel and it was exactly ( even bettter!) than website showed, and promised. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+

I booked a hotel in Manhattan for 2 nights and called the hotel the day before to ask for an early check in.. Well the hotel is not even open!! Had I not called, I would’ve shown up to a closed down hotel! So I called the company and they said “oh we will fix this for you and give you another hotel, we will call you back to book”…… Nope! They never called back and when I persistently called hour after hour, they sent me a text saying “we refunded you money” good luck…. I didn’t want a refund! I wanted a new hotel.. 12 hours before check in! Seriously? You really screwed me and offered, get this… a 20% credit towards another booking on their BS site.. except.. the prices of hotels the night before is like twice the cost as it was when I first booked during the troubling covid times…
