“HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. robots, scam, no customer service at all!!! 1 star, avoid at all costs. i got approval to receive a refund from the hotel (left for medical reasons) 1 day early. hotel approved it, yet i cant reach anyone at snaptravel to refund the money. I’ve reached out 5 times for the refund that the hotel approved, and get automated messages. I think they have 2 employees at most using fake names every time horrible site, do NOT trust this company. avoid at all costs”

“I’m very picky about where I stay so my top choice was….Let’s just say I almost paid 200 for one night and I ended up doing WAY less (almost half of that). THANK YOU SO MUCH! Check in was easy and I didn’t have to wait in my case. I’ve seen other reviews that they had to wait hours for the booking to show up. That was NOT the case for me. I actually booked maybe less than 30 min before and was in right after check in.”

“Had a great little get away with the family in Corpus Christi, will be visiting again soon. Great stay at Embassy Suites and great omelette breakfast cooked by their chefs. We loved our stay there. Two thumbs up.”

“On a Google search, the price on snaptravel was 20% lower compared to Expedia and hotels.com At first I was hesitant, but thankfully there were no issues. I was able to use the saved 20% (and at $200/night for 4 nights that adds up) and use that money on dining/drinks during my stay.”
