“Truly above and beyond service and care for an online booking company. I really appreciated the extra ways they went out of their way to accommodate me, and call ahead for my booking with thoughtful requests like a higher floor, late check out etc. when I checked in those were noted in my booking too! Such exceptional service from an online booking company! Will def book all my future stays through here.”

“Awful company!!! They take your money. Avoid at all costs. Had to call the hotel I originally reserved and pay AGAIN! When I called customer service was told “sorry it’s non refundable”. I didn’t want a refund, I wanted the reservation for the correct dates that “somehow got changed””
