“They sold me a VIP package, then chose to stop honoring it, and they would not refund the money. Their customer service chat is outrageously bad, handing me off multiple times to different people, and in the end resolving nothing.”

“After failing to secure a reservation through another site (guess who) for a wedding, I somehow came upon snap travel. Not only did they make the reservation process easy, they managed to get us a better room for the same price! I’d totally use snap travel again for my hotel needs.”

“We stayed at Stormount hotel, Snaptravel were underwriting it. What a lovely, relaxing trip. Snaptravel, sent me a request to cancel, for the same room, we got it for £50 cheaper, as they sent me emails, showing discount. I will def use them again.”
