“I just booked a ticket for my cousin but while entering billing details browser auto populated the details and booking was confirmed on my name by mistake. Though Hotel management agreed for update and asked Snaptravel to update and send it again, Snaptravel management was not cooperative and didn't even respond for this. Worst experience with Snaptravel and they charge $30 for every update they make.”

We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback, as this is how we learn and grow. in Addition, we appreciate your patience so far and the time spent explaining your concerns with this reservation. This being said, it is true that we do not have the possibility to amend reservations, since we are a 3rd party booking service, and hence why the agent advice you to cancel and re-book. We understand that are other platforms that can process such modifications, but currently, that is not our case, since we work in partners. We hope that we're able to clarify that for you. “Quick and easy. Walked into hotel and completed my booking in the lobby in 5mins. Immediately walked up to the lobby counter and checked in right away. Perfect. Was also The cheapest.”

“My fiancé and I decided to extend our weekend by staying in town one more night. The Airbnb we attempted to stay in didn't work out, and we needed something fast. Snaptravel came up in my search for a room, so I tried it. We drove to the hotel, and even the clerk was shocked by how much money we saved. It was nearly twenty dollars! I will be using this service from now on”
