“Everything from reception to rooms and breakfast was great! Only thing is the air conditioning was very loud so we had to turn it off when our heads started buzzing. Thanks goodness the weather was not too cold or hot :). Other than that great stay !”

“Great price and everything went perfectly. I was a little worried since I hadn’t used them before but I had no issues at hotel. The only thing was adding a name to our reservation took a little bit of time (due to time difference?) and $30 😒 but it worked out. If you have the names in your party add them from the beginning to save yourself the stress.”

“Snaptravel worked well for me. The hotel selected and the price paid was more than acceptable. The were no issues checking in or out. I definitely was satisfied and the only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because I believe everything can be improved, especially prices and navigating on the websites.”

“This Flatform ALWAYS ends up THE BETTER DEAL.. NO! SURPRISE tax surcharges!! OR EXTRA FEES pretending to be tax fees. Also ONLY ONE with a rewards program those those who books frequently. 4 STARS!! IT does not get Five stars, because it limits my rewards points at a much lower percentage WHEN MY CREDIT IS MUCH HIGHER.”

“With quite a bit of looking around, SnapTravel continuously gave me the best rates I could find. I was a little disappointed that they didn’t call on the day of my checking in to try and get a complimentary upgrade on my behalf, but they at least unsuccessfully tried after I asked them to, a few hours before I checked in. Still, the rate and the attempts were well appreciated.”
