“Super efficiënt”

“Snaptravel was buy fast the cheapest rate to book for my stay at the Quality Inn and Suites downtown Syracuse. I was not too happy about my stay at the hotel at first, the first room they put me and my family in was dingy, the sheets and comforters and stains, some looking like pee stains, others just dirty. The hotel accommodated us by changing rooms, the pillows in all rooms are worn down. If I could post pictures I would. The breakfast in the morning is edible and quite tasty. We didn't like the 11am call to advise us of checkout like we weren't aware. However, the vicinity to our destination and this hotel was a good pick.”

“I used Snaptravel because I wanted to save a few dollars on my travel expenses. I am so glad I took a chance, becaue I earned a few extra bonus bucks for doing so. I really enjoyed giving them a chance and I can't wait to use them on my next trip.”

“Navigation was in the simplest form.. However to offer a customer an instant credit with no ability to use it unless you're staying another night in the hotel, it's like building a pool and never putting water in it, It just doesn't make sense. You should just take the instant credit away unless a customer is planning to stay more than one night .use at that time if they don't plan to stay more than one night . Unfortunately we were there for a . unfortunate circumstance ( death of a loved one). Thanks!”

“I did a reservation fastly, easily and cheap. After the first faulty reservation, the room availability changed and I had to call to the customare care for having back my money: the services was clear and fast. The only negative note is that the customare care number is not free and I had to pay for not my guilt (this is the reading for 4 stars and not 5)”
