“I had requested a first floor room since I use a walker. When we got there, there were no vacant rooms on 1st floor. The employees were very helpful carrying our luggage to our room. Debbie went above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Best Western.”

“Very good. No issues. Price of the hotel was much lower from other online places like tripadvisor, expedia etc.,. The hotel was quality and upscale.”

“Really fast and easy booking. There was no mention of the hotel's policies so even though I saved on the room there was a resort fee and an incidentals hold once we got there. Would have been nice to know that beforehand.”

“Es un buen hotel. Hay buena atención y servicio. Todo es muy limpio. El menú no es variado, pero todo es muy rico. La habitación que me tocó no era insonoro, pero el ruido es mínimo. No incómoda. Esta muy bien ubicado. En la zona G de Bogotá”
