However, Ellie was exceptionally helpful and organised an early shipment of the required items (even splitting an item due to a portion on backorder), ensuring we could meet the rough-in timeline we had initially planned.

“In past orders with Blue Space I had been very happy with the customer service and promptness of delivery. However with my last order I was very disappointed with how slow the dispatch was over - 3 weeks after the order was made and no communication. “Dealing with Blue Space was an absolute please. The customer Service was second to none and very rare nowadays. I placed a number of orders as I am busy with a full house renovation and whenever I contacted the Customer Service Team for updates or further advice etc, they always came back to me really quickly. Their information was always correct and accurate. I had a custom made piece of furniture as well, and the process for that was always very straight forward and easy.
Once I received everything, my builders advised that one of the mixers I purchased, was not going to work in the space we had, so I had to arrange for a return as well. At this point I would like to mention Ellie from the Customer Service Team. She guided me through the returns process and again it was very simple and straight forward. Thank you Ellie for your effort throughout this process. I really felt very comfortable and in good hands knowing you were dealing with everything for me.
I would highly recommend this Company and their dedicated team of customer service advisors. They really go out of their way to ensure you have a good experience from start to finish. I will definitely use Blue Space again for any future projects that I may have.”
