“I ordered from Blue Space a Radiant 5 Bar Heated Towel Rail - and then we decided to order instead a 7 Bar Heated Towel Rail plus a Radiant 5 Bar Non Heated Towel Rail. This was no problem to the Blue Space. Paula sent me a return label, organised delivery of the new items to coincide with the return of the first one and duly credited the first Heated towel Rail when it arrived back at the Blue Space. Plus we got the $30 first customer discount as well.

“Placed an order on Tuesday expecting it to leave in 48 hours only to find out on Saturday they had no stock. It was eventually sent the following Wednesday and then Australia Post took 8 days to deliver. Their customer service let me down in not informing me they had no stock. Won't buy there again.”

“I can’t speak highly enough of the service at the Blue Space. I fell in love with a basin they stock but the lead time was going to be really tight with our project. I called and spoke to James who checked with the manufacturer and was able to ensure I received it in time (it arrived in less than half the time they advised and a third of the time originally advertised). On the back of this I ended up also ordering our toilet and other accessories. The deliveries were smooth and friendly. I can’t wait to be back for our other bathrooms in the future.”
