“The Dress Outlet’s customer service was very helpful. You sometimes have to wait a bit for a response, but the support agent actually listened to my issue and tried to fix it quickly. The best thing about shopping at The Dress Outlet is that I am sure I will get 100% authentic designer dresses and better quality than at other similar online stores. The customer chat was very helpful in finding the right fit for my gown. Delivery was free, but it took longer than other major brands. When you order, it says 5-7 business days, but it doesn't show the exact date the package will arrive. They should really add a price protection policy on their website, as it causes unnecessary trouble for customers. For instance, I ordered a dress, and within three days, the price was reduced. As a result, I would have to return it and buy the same item again. If a price adjustment option were available, it would be much easier for customers and for The Dress Outlet as well.”

“Better than expected for the price. I was a bit skeptical about ordering a formal dress online, but this turned out great. The dress is beautiful and very well made for the price point. It does not look cheap at all. We had to adjust the straps because they were slightly uneven, but once we adjusted, it was perfect. The built-in support in the bust area is a huge plus. There are so many colors to choose from, which is nice. If you are between sizes, choose the one that best fits the measurements provided. It arrived quickly and looked amazing for the event. I am giving 5 stars for the great selection and fast service.”

“I wanted to share my honest thoughts after receiving this dress because I absolutely loved it. The red color is bold and beautiful, and it looks even better in person than I expected. The corset top is one of my favorite parts—it gives great shape and support without feeling uncomfortable or too tight. When I tried it on, the dress fit securely and hugged my body in a very flattering way. The fabric feels high quality, and the details are well done. I also loved how the dress moved when I walked. “Dress delayed with no upfront explanation. I had to chase them and they kept apologising but couldn’t give me a genuine explanation. I threatened them for a refund and that’s when they told me the truth. The order was missed, so I had to wait even longer. I live in Australia and my daughter’s wedding is in March next year. The dress arrived and seemed fine but when I looked closer at the stitching directly on the buttocks area, the stitching looks stretched as if it has been worn before! The folds across the front of the stomach area look loose and not flat. I believe that this dress has been worn before it was mailed out to me. I’m devastated and , frantic as they probably won’t do anything but apologise. Apologies are all they keep doing for a lot of people on their review site. I wish I read them before hand.”
