“This was a very disappointing experience. I purchased an evening gown from Dress Outlet, and not only did the dress not fit correctly, but the customer service was extremely difficult to reach. They give you only seven days to return an item, yet it was nearly impossible to get in contact with anyone during that time. On top of that, I was told the return shipping would cost $9.99, but instead I ended up paying almost $30 just to make sure the package arrived within their five-day window. The entire process felt misleading, frustrating, and unnecessarily stressful. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.”
