“Returning customer, all meat is lovely quality at a great price, delivered on time, chilled. My only gripe is I tend to buy more than I can comfortably fit in my freezer, so it looks like The Far Butcher is responsible for me having to buy a bigger fridge freezer! 🤣 Great company.”

“My go to butcher. The food is top quality, the chicken doesn't leak water like the supermarket stufff and actually tastes like chicken. Delivery is spot on and customer service is great. The prices are better than supermarket meat, so it's a win all round.”

“Meat looks ok but delivery needs looking at. Ordered Sunday 28th September, chose delivery for Wednesday 1st Oct, FB changed then to Thursday, so waited in all day, no delivery, finally turned up on Friday 3rd. Not good.”

“I'am very disappointed with the quality of the meat I did buy sirloin (no tib or rump available) I thought it would be slightly harder to eat but these are tough as old boots I tried eating 6 now they are full of old blood and not hung for neary long enough and every steak has been like chewing on leather also the sausages taste like dog food same smell to them aswell ruined the start to my carnivore diet I spent over £ 250.00 with the fat butcher but am seriously not impressed . If I had the time I'd send it all .all I can say is thank God for slow cookers 🤬”

“Pork gammon turkey all look good 2 pieces of meat were flat like you would cut for steaks not round the way a roast usually is and fat streaks going through it not like in the picture advertised nice and lean have not used any of it yet so can't say how it tastes”

“Meat is always well packed with plenty ice packs in to keep it cold, all meat is vac packed aswell, delivery is usually on time. I've never had a problem with the fat Butcher, so would recommend to everyone, the meat deals they have on are brilliant.”

“was concerned ordering my first box we are both disabled and have to do online shopping and must admit its shocking what you get from superstores having said that our first meat hamper arrived we where more than happy with the look of the meat all looks fresh then the taste boy can you taste the difference between fresh and shop bought meat loved everything we have had so far have ordered 4 more boxes since our first one keep up the good work guys”

“We love the quality of the meats and the prices are very acceptable. Unfortunately the last order delivered had all of the freezer packs defrosted and the meat was not chilled even. Very disappointed.”

“I have had 2 orders now and I must say the meat has been a bit great and a bit disappointing the cut your own steak joint was terrible the steaks had no flavour and were more gristle than meat towards the centre wouldn't recommend it. The sausage is lovely as well as the beef mince bacon chops were a change but salty. Bacon was good chicken tray has been great pork joint was nice one out of two beef joints were good”

“Not one for complaining, but I have to say, that sirloin is the toughest, stringiest meat I've even had the misfortune to have on my plate. Eaten 8 steaks out of 8kg so far, hopefully some won't be so bad. Very disappointed..”
