“Use these all the time. Absolutely love the meat I get. The salt and pepper chicken is a favourite as are the pork and leek sausages. My eldest loves the large gammon. Said it was better than a carvery gammon!”

“Over All the meat was good The christmas order was a little bit disappointed.the rib of beef was sirloin on the bone so I ordered another 3 rib roast that was spot on,the first one ended up in the stew pot .the sausage are great the bacon has water in it but still eadable mince every good,your steaks are exspencive for me stewing steaks good but exspencive very near£ 7/8 a pound over all the meats fine one more point the price is high before free delivery .”

“Having just retired and having the "kids" leave home, we had to look at finding a new source for our meats.The Fat Butcher filled our criteria, reasonably priced joints and conviently sized products, now, a roasting joint will last us 2 days with zero waste. Forgetting to mention that all this can be done from the comfort of an armchair.”

“Paid for delivery for a specified date. As a shift worker it's hard to know when i will be available for a delivery so always good when you can book for a specific day. Got to the morning of delivery and had no communication at all. I waited until 1pm before emailing to ask if there was any updates or if I should be concerned I hadn't had delivery details etc. Then was spoken to in a very inappropriate way that was disrespectful and rude, bluntly was told that it was going to be late. I asked for more information as this was the first time I had been told anything about a delay and was told that it was due to weather etc Now I don't have a problem at all with delays due to unexpected weather conditions, however to not be told anything and then spoke to so rudely when enquired is outrageous Customer service. I have used fat butcher before and had no problem. However due to the way I was spoken to I will be using local butchers from now on as there isn't much price difference and I was using fat butcher due to the delivery slots mainly. Appalling Customer service has really let you down”

“My last purchase was 4kg chicken breasts and belly pork ,i am on my own ,so i always make sure i have plenty of meat in for when the family comes to visit .I have shopped with you since 2020 and never had any problem with your meat ,i even brought your meat for xmas presents for the family that are struggleing .”
