“The meat came cold and very well packaged. The fillet needed very little prep work before cutting, the membrane literally peeled off and the meat was a nice dark colour. I have it ageing but can say that what was cooked was excellent! The marbling in the meat was just perfect too!! I would recommend these guys any time!”

“More than happy with my order, the price was great and the quality of the meat outstanding. My only gripe would be that the pork belly joint has had the skin removed, very difficult to make Crispy Chinese pork belly when the skin's not there, that being said, it won't stop me ordering again.”

“I cooked the brisket it just melts in the mouth, I haven't had a piece of beef that has so much flavour in twenty years it's a a joy to eat. I try to avoid brisket because the last joint I bought from the supermarket had more fat than meat & was a waste of money. I will certainly be buying more meat from the fat butcher I wish I bought from you sooner the prices are low & the meat is excellent thank you.”
