“Very good quality, had some chewy steaks but once I figured it out, never happened again. My trick is to kind of dry age the steaks for a day or two in the fridge. Tender steaks every time, and still succulent. Bit sad about not having the wholesale ribeyes, unfortunately the options of buying the 800g option is not as good as the steaks are thinner and easier to overcook. Wish there was a different option. Overall I enjoyed the products anyway, and highly recommend.”

“Order arrived as described, only little moan was that the fillet had quite a lot of sinew that had to be removed and certainly did not look like the pic on the website, if you are picturing trimmed joints, thats what you should provide but that was my only niggle.”

“Altogether the fat butcher is good. This delivery was the first that I wasn't very happy with. Box was bashed to bits and coming apart when arrived which was the first issue. Some of the items were squashed and rubbery. Very unusual as previously everything I have had has been superb. Will use again, especially if they have their steak kebabs for sale - they were fantastic. Chicken ones sadly not so much.”

“The chicken and some of the offers they have on beef are ok. That’s when they can fulfil the order. Instead of tomahawk steaks, got sent some low quality sirloin.”

“The pork chops and the steaks were a bit thin for my liking, The lamb shanks were good value. The rolled pork belly was extremely nice and we will be having another this wekend. The quality of the meat is good value for the money.”

“We have had several deliveries from here now,and are very happy with the quality of the meat ordered plus the way it is packed for delivery.The one small thing I am sometimes dissapointed with is that a joint of meat is not as big as expected.But its a minor issue over all.”

“Everything seems to be ok. We had steak & saute potatoes,that was good. Chicken drumsticks well worth the money.The bacon joints i boiled up,we flashed fryed some bacon rolls.All the rest i've sliced for sandwiches (gorgeous) this takes me back to when i had a grocery round hundreds of years ago! (proper bacon) I try to buy British farmed meat to help farmers not like that lot on the front bench! Sorry about that!”

“Wasn't happy with the delivery to 2 ripple court cottages deal as I told the driver to not deliver it as we had been evicted and nobody would be there to receive it but no he still delivered it so that was a waste of money”
