“Everything I have had had been brilliant apart from my last order I ordered the leg of lamb and lamb shank combo lamb shanks are OK bit I didn't get the leg of lamb I got a sort of small joint of lamb with bone in I emailed you but as yet no reply but the service is excellent and quality ok to”

“Last order was disappointing - missed an item out which I had to chase with them to receive and the chicken was so squashed was like road kill and the ribs were as tough as old boots - not their best”

“Your service is impeccable but the meat quality particularly the beef is not. It was like leather despite slow cooking for 6 hours and pressure cooking for 20 minutes. Sorry to say it went in the bin. Bacon is great but still to try the lamb which previously was good. The ribeye steaks from previous delivery again was like leather. The sausages are tasty but won't buy any beef products again.”

“We had the minted lamb chops today and they were awful so much bone and sinew just couldn’t chew them so not happy with them , but most of the other meats we have had are are all good qualities”

“Package recived as it said and in good sealed condition, straight into the fridge it went. The meat was of nice quality and the lamb was really tender when cooked. I'm always worried about ordering fresh meat for delivery but there was no need, it arrived fresh and compact, have ordered again.”

“Having had about a dozen boxes from the fat butcher, most of what I've had have been excellent. The lamb shanks a from the last box are fantastic and the sirloin steaks from the one before that are gorgeous and tasty. I did have one hiccup from the box before that, I bought the rib eye steaks and was very disappointed with them. I believe they were from South America, and we're absolutely tasteless and did not cook well. I tried three different steaks cooked differently but all were not edible. Since then I have stopped ordering rib eyes. However, one disappointing item from 12 boxes is still not bad. Overall everything else has been exceptional, thank you.”

“Hi all the meat we ordered was top drawer but when we had the rolled brisket it was very chewy and full of grisal which was a same as was looking forward to it after how nice the other meat was”
