“I cooked the brisket it just melts in the mouth, I haven't had a piece of beef that has so much flavour in twenty years it's a a joy to eat. I try to avoid brisket because the last joint I bought from the supermarket had more fat than meat & was a waste of money. I will certainly be buying more meat from the fat butcher I wish I bought from you sooner the prices are low & the meat is excellent thank you.”

“Hi i recently had another delivery & once again 5 stars! Great burgers..solid & meaty unlike anything you get from a supermarket. I also had a large whole fillet which i expertly & simply trimmed following your video guide with minimum waste...Perfect fillet steaks.. & fillet tail for a fancy stir fry! “Superb selection of meat, with brilliant prices, and I have to say that I ordered a lot purely based on the positive reviews! Our meat arrived on the day we specified, and the packaging was superb. All the meat was cold and in perfect condition. We have enough to last a long time, and we've frozen a lot of it! We've so far cooked the pork steaks, chicken lollipops, lamb koftas, burgers, and sausages on our bbq, and they all taste incredible. Thanks again!”
