“I buy these ribs regularly as they are the best I have found. They are very meaty and there's plenty of them so ai always keep a supply in the freezer. Very good value for money too.”

“Great for a midweek meal.Season flour at your discretion, I include fresh chopped tyme and sage.fry in a little hot oil of your choice turning after cple minutes.Serve in soft brown rolls with little salad leaf or slice of cheese! Whatever big hit in this family!!”

“I have been ordering most of my meat from The Fat Butcher for some time now and have so far had no complaints at all about flavour; indeed the flavour is always absolutely beautiful. (I have been unwell for a few months, so my ordering was temporarily stopped whilst I was rarely having to feed myself) I would like to see pig's liver available, as this is impossible to get in any of my local supermarkets (of which there are 3) and involves either paying a fortune for it at the only local butcher's shop or doing a 12 mile round trip to the nearest larger town, although that also is not a cheap option!”
