I ordered an arrangement called violet vibes (upgraded to large) through Interflora UK. Have been ordering through them for a special occasion for a few years and always really pleased with the product. However this time, the product was extremely underwhelming. The order was fulfilled about 3 days late (it was for a birthday) and was more foliage than flowers. I should just have ordered a tree.

Hello, and thank you for sharing your feedback today. As we informed you, a lack of stock during the Christmas period due to national transportation and mail strikes, meant that substitutions and delays were inevitable and out of our hands. I can see that at a glance the bouquet does seem a little greener than expected, the lilies have yet to open to give it a fuller colour and volume. We try to maintain our bouquet standards especially over the busy Christmas periods, and of course we will be reaching out to our partner florist over the bouquets resemblance to our advertised product. We try to maintain a high level of quality as well as value for money, but our apologies for any shortcomings you felt with your order.

Absolutely shocking service, they were unable to deliver on the correct day so we’ agreed the next day, that didn’t happen, I cancelled the orders ordered with a reliable company and then had a notification from Flower Shops saying my order was complete and ready for delivery. Still waiting for my refund apparently will be refunded within 10 days. HOPELESS

Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback today, unfortunately in your case our florist partner had an emergency to attend to as communicated with you, thus couldn't deliver on time. For this we do apologize but I think we all understand that some things are out of our control. Due to this your order was reported as delivered, we contacted you to let you know it was a system error and to disregard the email, for the confusion we are very sorry. Your refund has been processed on receipt of the email and will be in your account shortly. We endeavor to deliver a high level of service, and unfortunately we have failed you this time. For this we are taking measures to prevent this happening again.

Card was not included in the delivery, package was dented and left upside down upon delivery

I'm sorry to hear the box was delivered upside down, although the box is there to take damage and dents to ensure the flowers are in good condition, but as you mentioned placing the box in the correct position is very important and we are in the process of contacting our courier partners over this. Many thanks for bringing this to our attention to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.

Went beyond the call of duty! Made sure the flowers I ordered, were at the right place and promt with making sure they got there early/on time! will absolutely be going back for more in The future! fantastic lovely people! 10/10!

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the flower arrangement received on Christmas Eve, as it had very little resembalance to the picture of the flowers on your website. I understand that the final product may differ but many of the flowers from the picture were not present when delivered.

Absolutely amazing service, ordered at 13:00pm, they were delivered to my partner at 16:00pm, the flowers were fresh and arranged beautifully, presented professionally and promptly, would highly recommend.

Flowers were so so fresh even on 3rd Jan so delighted ! The lovely lady delivering them took them upstairs to the first floor flat my elderly parents live in , so kind they would have struggled to get down to get them ! Delighted thank you again

The flowers, when found the next day, were probably quite nice, but ruined after being left on a wall in the rain in a cardboard box, overnight. No obstruction was given for them to be just left somewhere, and the phone number of the recipient, who was home at the time of delivery, had been provided with the order I suggest you do not use Yodel again for deliveries, the driver had over 140 drops to make in a day, which is ridiculous. He arrived at 7pm. There is no porch at the delivery address, the house is set back from the road, with an unlocked gate. When i called to ask if they had been received, she said "no', and they were only found by chance the next day, already drying out instead of being put in water straight away. Delivery was requested around midday, Yodel offered only between 9am and 6pm. I have previously sent flowers by Interflora and they arrived on time and in good condition. In short the delivery service rates as abysmal

I'm glad that the flowers were received after the "hunt". Again apologies for this delivery issue.

Amazing flowers. Even better than expected. My partner loved them. Will 100% buy from there in the future. I would highly recommend The Flower Shops. Great service aswell. Ordered them at 21.45 and they was delivered at 11am the next day as promised. 10/10
