Sadly flowers not delivered on my god-daughters 30th birthday. Only informed of this at 17.00 on the day, so too late to replace on the day Delivered,16.00 the next day

Never used before but ordered flowers for my partners sisters birthday , ordered and within one hour they were there !! The flowers looked exactly like they did on the photograph , stunning and the recipient was over the moon with them , will definitely use again x

I will never use this company again!! Firstly the bouquets do not reflect the price paid. Secondly, they sent to the billed address and not the delivery address (which is just appalling) Thirdly, I specifically asked for this to be delivered before 12pm and they arrived hours later, when no one was home. These were a 70th birthday gift and it was ruined due to lack of service and professionalism in your field

Thank you for your feedback Sarah, our apologies for the mistakes made with your order. Unfortunately, the flowers delivered were not a great match to our brochure, and substitutions were made - as stated on our site and confirmation emails, although we try to notify you of this before. In this case, no email was sent. We DO NOT commit to specific delivery times as mentioned on the phone today, we can only deliver between 9am and 6pm as per our website. I am investigating the mistake with your delivery address and as per our conversation please accept our apologies, I'm glad that we were able to rectify the situation.

I made the right decision choosing The Flower Shops to deliver flowers to my uncle and cousin in the UK. They kept me informed throughout the entire process especially when there was a computer glitch which was immediately resolved. I will definitely use their services again!

The flowers were for my 88 year old Aunts Birthday/ Christmas. I didn't know what to get her and living in Australia doesn't help with that decision. I thought flowers would be nice for her so the Google search was on. The Flower Shop was the first site I looked at and was so impressed with the variety of flowers and the cost. My Aunt called me and was so pleased with the flowers, she said they were absolutely beautiful. They were delivered on the date I requested. Thank you for the great service.

I ordered flowers for particular occasion and by the end of the day on which they were meant to be delivered, it was clear it was not going to happen. Customer services very good as they chased the order and kept me informed - the florist had apparently run out of flowers but did not see fit to inform me. Flowers delivered the next day, which was too late. I would not use this service again.

Our policy is to communicate any delivery delays to you directly, of course during Christmas week due to the sheer volume of orders our partners have made a mistake and run short of stock, for this please accept our sincere apologies.

Set these to my mum for her Birthday 19th Dec choose a Christmas coloured display and she loved it. She tells me about it every day on the phone. Thank you will definitely order again 🥰

The flower display was dissapointing, i know you say it cannot always be exactly as the picture, but I feel it was nothing like the picture and not as full, not good value for money!! Having said that the customer service when I complained was exemplary, not only offering a partial refund and a further discount of future purchases, which under the circumstances was fair. The flowers were ok for the receiver but just not what I felt like I ordered, i would definitely use again as the customer service was quick and very understanding and gave me confidence to use again

The flowers my mum received were nothing like the photo on the website. The packaging was brown paper and the flowers were disappointing. We paid £60 and I was disappointed by the photo of the actual flowers that were sent.

Never received the flowers on the day I ordered them for. Sent an email that I never received them. I was phoned the day after to say I could have them then and was told I'd definitely receive them that day. Only to receive an email that they had been delivered when they had not. Awful service. Will not be using again.
