A fantastic service. I ordered the day before I needed them to be delivered and they were there within time and date stated by a local florist in or around your area where you live. Will use this service as it delivered what and where I asked on time.

Although my parcel of flowers arrived on the 1st December (I ordered the day before) they were dropped off in the pitch at 10.13pm. So when my mum found them the next day (2nd December) which was no longer her birthday, the flowers were totally starved of water and wilting. I’m very disappointed especially as they cost £31 and I would of got a better bunch from the supermarket.

The flower shop was very helpful, flowers were delivered when requested , was notified when flowers were delivered, when you live a long distance from the recipient’s it was very reassuring

Not happy, I placed an order for delivery next day, the following morning the florist who had been given the order rang me to say they didn't have a vehicle that day so couldn't deliver so would deliver the following day, I said no good so she said she would cancel the order. I emailed 'theflowershop' to confirm the florist had cancelled and I needed a refund and I re-ordered elsewhere. I received no reply to my email and without telling me 'theflowershops' moved my order to another florist and still delivered so I sent two bunches of flowers. I will never use this company again.

I purchased for a same-day flower delivery here in Dubai and did it online, however, apparently, there was a "riot" in the area of the delivery and hence it was not delivered on the same day. The Agent called me to inform the matter and was asked to do the delivery the next day, and I asked them to get it on time to be delivered and notify me if it was received. The ending is I still made a follow-up on them and they've been calling but have no response, which I have not. I ended up asking the recipient if they have received it, and thus spoiling the surprise. So I was not a so satisfied client, yes we cannot avoid the "riot" but should have followed up on this matter to update.

Ordered birthday flowers for a friend to be delivered the following day. I didn’t realised that she was away on holiday as it was a surprise for her. I am not impressed that the flowers were left with the neighbours and the recipient not contacted to come back another day.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us today. I'm sorry to hear that your friend's flowers were not received. We try to leave a note when there is nobody home, or if our driver can they will contact your friend by phone. Although I fear that if they were on holiday, it would be unlikely they would answer the phone, so it is most florists' standard operating procedure to leave the flowers in a safe location outside - or with a neighbor to ensure the delivery is on time and can be received when the recipient arrives home. I hope that your friend has received her flowers, and I will be reaching out privately today over this matter. Thanks again for informing us today, we hope the outcome will be or has been satisfactory.

Spent a fortune on flowers that I wanted delivered the same day to say thank you to someone who had really helped me out. Received an email to say they were delivered and they haven’t been…. So were are my flowers ?
