“Firstly delivery was very quick, just a few hours. But, the flowers they received didn’t even slightly resemble the picture of what I ordered. I specifically picked the pastel purples without Lilly flowers for a reason.. What I received was pink and full of lillies, why even bother with pictures?”

I'm sorry to hear that the flowers that you ordered did not resemble the brochure product. Unfortunately as stated on our website and email notifications, on certain products, we may have to make substitutions depending on availability. For this we apologize, in this case, the substitutions happened to be Lillies. We endeavor to produce a bouquet that can be delivered on time and with a high quality and value contents, I will of course be reaching out to our partners and sharing your feedback to try to avoid further dissapointment in the future.

“Very pleased with the order process, by phone, very efficient, outlined all items necessary, cost of flowers and delivery, where to leave if no one there. Email confirmation of order, email confirmation when delivered. Didn’t see order but recipient delighted and loved the flowers.”

“I ordered flowers at 1 pm online, and by 4pm - the flowers were delivered to my hotel room... all ready for me to take to my daughter's winter graduation the next day. I was absolutely thrilled the sumptuous bouquet, the festive array of beautiful roses in rich fall colors. My daughter was surprised and thrilled at the sight of it. Thank you for your excellent help in making the occasion special !”

“Well, The Flower Shops seems good but DPD delivery let’s them down. I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday to be delivered to the school she works on Friday. The flowers didn’t arrive on that day (a Friday) with DPD saying “delivery problems” in a text. So on Sat, I got a nice email from Craig at DPD saying flowers were delivered with a pic of the school front fence. The flowers had been lashed over the fence and were out of the box and box was all ripped and destroyed. The school gates are locked all weekend and by Monday, the flowers were dead and wilted. Fair enough, the flower shop refunded my money, but in the end, my wife didn’t get her flowers till Monday, and they were dead, so not a ringing endorsement from myself.”

I'm sorry to hear that the bouquet delivered to your wife did not live up to your expectations, we endeavor to match our brochure products as close to the advertised picture as possible, and work closely with local florists to do this. Unfortunately due to stock availability, we may have to substitute some flowers that are not available on the day. These substitutions are of equal value and quality and we hope to produce a beautiful bouquet that is delivered on a special day.
