“Ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum's birthday, paying the appropriate charge to ensure delivery on the required date, they didn't arrive, and whilst the customer service was prompt, when they did finally arrive, 2 days late, the quality of the flowers themselves were poor to say the least.”

“I had ordered some flowers for my wife as a surprise while abroad. She is very specific with the type of flowers she likes. Upon receipt of the flowers, they were far from what I ordered. She likes pastel flowers and had received an autumn bouquet. I had paid for Delux and what we received was not Delux. This was extremely embarrassing.”
