“Very slow updates. The sale/confirmation states they will update you when the local shop are making the bouquet and when delivered. I had no update until the day after they delivered the item. Not ideal when you're spending that the amount we did!”

Hello and thank you for drawing to our attention this matter, we are working on implementing a swifter confirmation system, unfortunately, a glitch in our system at the moment relies on us manually checking the orders and confirming these before passing the information onto you. “I ordered some flowers to be delivered on my mum's birthday but forgot she was overseas. The process to change the delivery day was hassle-free. Judging by the gushing message she sent after receiving them, the quality of the flowers was outstanding. Or, it could be that I have just set the bar really low as a gift-giving son over the years and she is just grateful to receive anything. I prefer to think it is the former.”

“Amazing, ordered a birthday bouquet in the morning of heavy snow after an alternative florist left me down; The Flower Shop delivered so quickly with no issues, and for a better price! My friend absolutely loved the flowers too thank you ever so much! Will always use you now.”

“First time using the Flower Shops and I’m extremely impressed. True to their word the flowers arrived same day and very good quality and similarity to what was pictured. The recipient was very happy with them. I will be using again, not all local florists can guarantee same day so for flowers you want delivered when promised with excellent quality I’d recommend this company and I will use them again in the future without a doubt.”

“My order 22F08735 has just arrived at my mums to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Definitely nowhere near what was advertised on page, the look as if they are half finished at best. I really have no words to describe what has arrived. I was promised blazing beauty what arrived is more Hideously extinguished! First problem was you couldn’t fulfill yesterdays delivery, hot over that and accepted today then this! I am so upset, I wanted something special for my mum who has just got home and is still very ill, something to brighten her day. These don’t even brighten a corner. Pics below are first what arrived second what was promised!”
