“I was under the impression that first time buyers would receive a 10% discount!! I didn't receive that discount, why!!????”

“How about offering up a toll free phone number?????? I am not very good with computers. Every time I order from you, and I do like your company, its very hard to get properly processed. You are lucky I like your company, otherwise I would shop someplace else where it is easier and user friendly.”

“ordered insoles on 12/31/24 said they would be delivered by mail on 1/2/25 ,, have not recieved conformation on them through my email as of today 1/3/25 thank you”

“I like the ability to order my inserts from you. The only negative thing I have to say that it just takes so long to get here my delivery has not gotten here yet and it’s been over a week.”
