They sent me the wrong size, three inches, short. Also package is sailed, but the box is open, When it arrives.

The insoles I wanted were not available in my size so I had to get a different pair. Now we’ll see if I get them with no hitches. The last time I ordered from here, there were some hiccups.

The insoles arrived today. Recommended by my podiatrist, I'm hoping they'll be beneficial. So far, they seem to fit my shoe perfectly.

I was trying to buy a similar product to what I bought from my doctors office. While the information was available on the site it was hidden and took extra effort to find what I think is the comparable product. But I will not know for sure until it arrives.

Website is fine, easy enough to use. I would have liked more specific information on which units help correct which conditions. Also how to work with half sizes, go up or down. If this info is available I did not see it.

We do have our insoles categorized by "Shop Pain Relief" at the top of our website page with all of our categories. This gives you the option of choosing the foot condition you are looking to address, and viewing the products that will help with that condition. Likewise, we have a filter on the side of our webpage for product conditions as well when viewing our insoles - you can filter by condition and the products that address that condition will appear. We also have a link on our website under Helpful Resources (located on the bottom of our website), named "Insole Guide: How to Choose the Right Insole." I suffer from chronic heel pain. I have tried everything from injections to custom insoles to help with the pain. Nothing has worked so far. I pray your insoles will help.

The ordering process was seamless enough, however had I k own the return policy before I ordered I would have looked to find what I was ordering elsewhere. I am not in favor of having to pay return shipping fees and a surcharge on a money back return. I am hoping I will be happy with my shoes when the arrive.

Promo did not work and items I need were not available in a link from the emailed promo after an extensive search. Item descriptions seemed to have been written by AI and do not reflect reality. Follow-up: after this above review, customer service intervened and credited the 10% savings and rush my orders. Great response! Thank you!

The insoles were the same price as on Amazon and I wanted to give a smaller business my business so I ordered from the insole store. It was the weekend and it wouldn’t take my code for 10% off so I called on Monday and the lady that helped me had a lot going on in the background on our call. I tried to be tactful and mentioned it twice but she never told whomever or whatever it was to stop. she was nice enough but if you’re going to work from home for goodness sake do it in a quiet place. Or apologize.

Website kept going in a loop. First time discount not fully explained it would be automatically applied. Eventually was able to purchase with discount after a few attempts.

You have the option of either using the label we provide in our return portal, or shipping your return back to us with your preferred shipping service. I was looking for specifically SPENCO heal pads, but got diverted to this site. The ones I finally found aren't exactly what I was wanting, but I'll see once I get them. Whether walking or running, we hit heal first and it wears out our shoes quickly. The extra padding under the heel is not only good for the feet, but also for the knees as the extra padding takes stress off our knees.
