Your website does not seem to work well with Mac OS. It seems to work better with IOS.

I order a New Balance insert. I order the same size I was fitted for at the New Balance store. It was to big. I'm not sure why it was to big.

The New Balance Sport Active Cushion Insoles are trim-to-fit, so if they are not fitting length wise, we recommend trimming them down from the toes to fit into your shoes. Placed my order and received the sandals quickly. The fit is just right. What was disappointing was the lack of colors. I only had a choice of black or navy. I ordered prior to this and there were quite a few colors to choose from.

My only complaint is that the box arrived pretty smooshed, and the insoles I received look as if they may have been previously worn for a brief period. That is what I mean by "damaged" below.

The product was shipped earlier than expected which was great. My husband needed some nice leather inserts for his Cole Haan shoes. The quality is not good, and they’re not even leather. Very very thin. I would not purchase from here again.

We show that your order left our warehouse in the United States on 4/6/23 and last scanned as "Your item was processed through our JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER facility on April 11, 2023 at 10:16 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination." Canada orders are currently averaging 2-3 weeks to be delivered. As stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, "Please note: Due to COVID and various other circumstances happening around the globe, some international shipments may take up to 30 days to arrive. Don't know who is to blame---The Insole Store or the USPS but it took a week from the original estimated receipt until we received the product. It was confusing to order and receive Insoles sized 7-13 with no instructions on how to cut them to the proper size.

Thank you for your feedback, David! We show that your order was shipped from our warehouse on 4/3/23, and was marked as delivered on 4/10/23. You chose our Economy/Free Shipping Method at checkout, which has an estimated delivery time frame of 5-7 days, so your order was delivered within the expected time frame. Once your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we have no control over how USPS handles the package, unfortunately. Per your tracking, we do show that your order bounced back and forth from North Carolina to Florida a few times before final delivery, which is likely what caused the delay in receiving your package. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! In regards to trimming your insoles, we typically recommend taking the existing insole out of your shoe, and using that as a guide to trim your new insole. Oh my god so many emails. I didn’t sign up for the newsletter and I got it spammed at me. Now this review request. I’m sure the product is good, I have gotten Pedag insoles before and I love them but PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP EMAILING ME ABOUT THE STORE.

I thought the clear bubble arch supports would be perfect for sandals. Unfortunately, the insoles are too wide and hang over both inner and outer edges of my soles. I should be able to use them in other closed shoes, so it's not a total loss. But I'll have to keep shopping...
