Nice website. Bonus points expire too quickly to be of much use (unless you're trying to get people to buy one insole at a time).

Our International Shipping usually takes 10-14 days for delivery, so your order was actually delivered before the expected delivery time frame. Good communication, shipping as promised. Poor product inf: The product was represented as Left and Right but was not marked to indicate which was which. The product had no instructions for applying. The product seems OK I hope it stays on.

Shoes came with laces too short to tie (Had knots at ends impossible for me to untie and arch support way too high. I'm keeping the shoes but not happy with the experience.
