The size delivered was totally incorrect. Ordered a 2x and got one that must be a very small.

Insoles came quickly. Nice product. However I would have appreciated some kind of messaging about how to fit them into my shoe. They were size "8 to 11" and clearly much longer than my size 8 foot. I have never worn a rubbery sort of insole before, and in trying to figure out how to use them I wound up cutting the top off of one to fit it into the shoe. This was a mistake. Eventually it appears that one is intended to push the insole in (much longer than one's shoe size as it may be) and that it will somehow morph into position. Again, I wish your packaging had explained this for persons such as myself who are new to using this kind of insole.

The insoles are trim-to-fit, and made to accommodate a women's size 8-11. You will trim the insoles down from the toes to fit them into your shoes. We recommend using the factory insole that comes in your shoe as a guide for trimming the Sof Sole Arch Performance Insoles to fit. The gel insole aren't the greatest. I need a gel insole that a little better than ones I ordered.

Your website does not seem to work well with Mac OS. It seems to work better with IOS.

I order a New Balance insert. I order the same size I was fitted for at the New Balance store. It was to big. I'm not sure why it was to big.

Placed my order and received the sandals quickly. The fit is just right. What was disappointing was the lack of colors. I only had a choice of black or navy. I ordered prior to this and there were quite a few colors to choose from.

My only complaint is that the box arrived pretty smooshed, and the insoles I received look as if they may have been previously worn for a brief period. That is what I mean by "damaged" below.

The product was shipped earlier than expected which was great. My husband needed some nice leather inserts for his Cole Haan shoes. The quality is not good, and they’re not even leather. Very very thin. I would not purchase from here again.
