The insole I received is about the quality that I would get with the Dr Scholl's Off the Shelf at my local store. It does a job but it's not impressive. The next time I get an insole I will just go back to the New Balance store and get the quality I wanted.

The gentleman that took my call and order was very helpful. Unfortunately the insoles I purchased are too small. It would to return the two pair I bought and purchase one pair sized 13.

I wish the shipping time would be faster. I understand I got free shipping but it's almost 2 weeks and I still haven't received my shoes

Since Memorial Day was the following Monday, May 30th and the mail carriers were observing a holiday, your order went out first thing on Tuesday, June 1st. A week and the product still not here. Why oh why do businesses use the ineptitude of the useless USPS. In future any business that ships via the USPS will not get my business.

The terrycloth insoles I ordered are wonderful! I order several pairs at the beginning of summer every year - however, this year I was very disappointed that I could only get one pair in my size 8. I know that's a very popular size, but one pair is not going to get me through the summer. I will have to look elsewhere to get more. Very disappointing.

Men's pair fit/feel like a dream. Women's pair very hard and uncomfortable.

I am waiting to receive these insoles. My only suggestion is you provide a side view of these insoles as I was looking for something thin to cover my orthotics and could not tell from the view of the photo provided on the website if they were thin. If they are not, I will probably return them

We get the majority of our product photos directly from the manufacturers and with this specific product and since it's so thin, it would be hard to show an exact side view, but we understand what you mean! We provide measurements of all thicknesses of insoles within the product descriptions so hopefully, this helps your decision next time! The insoles I received are not much better than the Dr Sholls I get from the drugstore. I still need to add something else to have the comfort I want
