No problem with gaining access to your product but initially the cost was quite low but strangely it nearly tripled By Checkout

All international shipments currently incur the same shipping fee. I've been a customer of your company for more than 5 years. At that time I have always bought the Sole shoe insert. This time I couldn't find it. So I tried a different brand. NOT for me. Therefore I need to return them to you all. Please send information on how to do this. Thank you.

This pad is not going to work for me, unfortunately. It is comfortable but the metatarsal is not as high as I need it.

I like my insoles so far but got some for my husband for Christmas. He only needs one. I wish I could just buy one side. Also, the gift that came with the points that I used is all dried out.

These insoles are much larger than my existing Spenco RX Comfort size 5 insoles (same size#) This is disappointing as they will have to be cut down.

It’s Ok but each time I get the insoles it seems like the mold for the insole seems to be off on one side. I have a hip problem which affects my walk if it is slightly uneven

I couldn't find insoles with a rating of ESD. Only men's came up. Had to send an email to have someone tell me what you had.

Very good. Wish it would’ve said in the description that the item I purchased comes with two in soles and not just one. I bought two sets and ended up doing a return and losing money back.

I was looking to replace my insoles from the Gold Cup series of Speedy’s, I thought it would be easy but I bot the wrong item it was only a partial insole, didn’t fit the bill. I miss having the recommended advice
