They are ok, help some, Aetrex shoes with their insoles feel better.

Ordered some insoles for my work boots, they only lasted a week, the top piece of fabric pulled off. Now I can take my boot off with out the insole coming out with my foot!

Product is great and fits my shoes correctly but it took nearly 3 weeks to receive the items and when I did finally get them, it looked as if the entire package was run over by a truck…

I wish your store carried the thinner inserts rather than just the big ones. I have a coupe, of the thinner black ones with the reinforced heal and they are great.

I love these insoles, but the insolestore customer service is lacking. I tried emailing and calling that I got the wrong size insole. I finally gave up and returned it. I just never heard anything back, not even a replacement.

The insole I received is about the quality that I would get with the Dr Scholl's Off the Shelf at my local store. It does a job but it's not impressive. The next time I get an insole I will just go back to the New Balance store and get the quality I wanted.

The gentleman that took my call and order was very helpful. Unfortunately the insoles I purchased are too small. It would to return the two pair I bought and purchase one pair sized 13.

A week and the product still not here. Why oh why do businesses use the ineptitude of the useless USPS. In future any business that ships via the USPS will not get my business.

The terrycloth insoles I ordered are wonderful! I order several pairs at the beginning of summer every year - however, this year I was very disappointed that I could only get one pair in my size 8. I know that's a very popular size, but one pair is not going to get me through the summer. I will have to look elsewhere to get more. Very disappointing.
