Shipping and communication was great. The offer of free returns with a restocking fee should be transparent. It is mentioned but in a secondary level of policy.

I do believe the insole would be perfect for the right person. These were made for arches, mine is needed for my heel

I think that the insoles are constructed very well. The height of the arch and the width of the extended Arch underneath my foot made them very uncomfortable for me.

Shipping took longer than expected. The insoles absolutely are pathetic! Overpriced, and nothing more than hard cardboard! Nothing at all as advertised. Nothing soft about them!! Will not buy again!!

extremely slow delivery did not get sent normal UPS which would have arrived as stated and what i had paid for - very deceptive this is the second order in placed and injabe not received either item o would like a refund for the delivery fee i paid as it was not sent via the delivery company i paid for

Thank you for your feedback, Kim. Unfortunately, all international orders are extremely delayed due to pandemic customs procedures, of which Australia has the most strict. Both orders were indeed shipped via UPS. They are then transferred to Australia Post for local delivery. Even without the protocols in place, international orders averaged 10-14 business days for delivery. Your first order shipped 14 business days ago, and your second order shipped just 9 business days ago. Please allow extra time for destination country procedures. I’m not happy about the restocking fee. I will never take the chance again of ordering something that may have to be returned. Especially since I ordered the right size and it was too small.

Hate to give a bad review, but for the money; I’m just not there. They are $40 comfortable and that’s just cus i didn’t want to break a $20, and you didn’t have a $10.

I had to email you to request the return authorization and instructions. That should be included in the delivery. Every time I order something NOT from Amazon, I'm remined why I shouldn't do that.

I ordered the regular insoles for metatarsal support with gel and got the insoles to be worn with high heels which I don't do. They don't fit my shoes very well but so far they do seem to support my metatarsal which is what I needed the most. If I had my choice I would rather have the regular shoe fit.

I liked your service,but I didn’t like your cutting almost $6.00 from my account, on the return! I have promised myself to spend $2.00 on gas and go to the stores myself, than to buy online.and lose$ 6.00. Thanks.

the insoles are far too wide, just needed wide at the toebox for "Altra " shoes but I shall keep them as they are perfect at the toe and will cut down at instep to fit

I really need support in the metatarsal area, and these insoles don't provide that. The arch support is fine, but isn't enough for the forefoot.

Impressive measuring and designing equipment, together with personnel expertise is hard to beat. Never the less, for reasons I can't explain I'm left with an orthotic that doesn't help but only makes things worse. And this after personnel listened carefully to me and did what they thought would help. It has not. I now have an orthotic the fits but doesn't correct a severe supanation I have developed since using the orthotic.

The quality is great, I wish the size was closer to my shoe size. The choices of short or long aren’t enough. Maybe add a medium!!

These are not meant to be needed to fit from heel to toe, so that is why there are large size ranges. Not satisfied with the amount of arch support. Layout size and the strong adhesion looks good. However, the low amount of support doesn't do much for my falling arch. The jell height needs to be at least double the amount contained, if not triple the height. I could perhaps buy two more sets to stack up to fill the area under the high arch that is needed.
