I had bought the same kind of pad at the local drug store at a much lower price. When I placed my order with Insole, I thought I was getting a full sole, not just a ball of foot pad. I would like to return my order.

Product is great, quick shipping from the company but mode of shipping is an issue. I ordered on a Monday and paid extra for expedited shipping to have before the weekend. It wasn’t delivered until the following Tuesday. USPS should never be used for shipping packages. 8 days to travel 2 states away

My order for discounted insoles was cancelled and magically I was allowed to order shorthly afterwards at full increased per item cost.

Everything fine except color I wanted was out of stock so took less attractive option. Also 7 working days to receive package shipping from 500 miles away is poor. Shipping from China is faster.

I was not aware that the insoles were so short and I’m not sure how to make them stay in the right position in my shoes.

We recommend either placing them under your existing shoe insole if possible, or you can use any adhesive to keep them in place. We sell a product on our website called Shoe Goo that can do this. I ordered the Spenco Cross-Trainer Insoles which I love, but...it takes forever to receive. Yet to receive the order I placed on 1/20?

I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return postage cost for the exchange. Other providers have not charged me even when it was a return without exchange.

In addition to this, we cover the cost of shipping for all domestic orders over $20 USD. I like the shoes I ordered. They are vey comfortable and we’re delivered in a timely manner. However, the were very expensive, and I can orde Spence shoes on eBay at a fraction of the cost.

The product was too big despite the recipient being very true to size. The exchange process was a pain and returns have a 10% processing fee. Otherwise I was happy with service. They were responsive and shipped quickly.

They arrived quickly However the insoles looked used and returned... I have bought this product before...they looked replaced in the packaging... Sorry, just my opinion AA
