They arrived quickly However the insoles looked used and returned... I have bought this product before...they looked replaced in the packaging... Sorry, just my opinion AA

I ordered the Oofos shoes through you and received a 5% vets discount. Two days after I received another email saying I could get a 10% discount; I won’t do business With anyone who operates like this. I get my products elsewhere.

I think that they are difficult to insert in the shoe. Not exactly the size you choose.

Unfortunately, I found the sock sizes did not correspond to shoe sizes. I returned two pair, one of which was a compression sock that was too painful and asked for a refund. That worked out fine. However, the second pair was too large so I requested an exchange for a smaller size. What I got was the same size back. And it's not worth following up.

As I have previously stated, I placed an order on 10/29/21. As of 11/11/21. I haven't received the order. I discovered after talking with an individual at your company, the reason I haven't received the order is because Fed Ex is still having pandemic issues. I think I'm supposed to get the order today. We'll see. I think the pandemic is now being used as a convenient excuse.

Unfortunately, the pandemic is indeed still impacting deliveries as processing speeds are still slowed, and all mail services have had staffing issues. The toe separators are more flimsy than I would have liked. They are comfortable, but I'm not sure how helpful they are.

Received my insoles quick..the insoles themselves were just as expected but the package made me wish I was wearing gloves..there was something that resembled dried blood on the package..it was really nasty.

It would have been nice to have a return shipping lable, that way when i get sent the wrong size, i could send them back for a exchange. So i have to go on line find a computer to print a shipping label. Its not good customer service

Unfortunately, we do show that your reviewed order was for a clearance/final sale product, which is not eligible for return, so we would not be able to provide a shipping label as the sandals were final sale which is why there was a 25% clearance discount & only a few sizes were remaining. The insoles are wonderful, but I paid extra to have them shipped 2 day fedex and it took 5 days to get them. I ordered them on 9/24 and they were shipped from Insole on 9/27. We left on 9/28. I would like a refund on the extra shipping costs.

Since you placed an order at 4:19pm on a Friday, it was shipped Monday morning and delivered as scheduled Wednesday. We appreciate your business and have refunded your shipping fee. My husband has not tried our recent purchase. We are both not very happy that you have discontinued or no longer making the low arch supports we purchased in the past.

The product I bought was a LARGE ball of foot pad. I was so disappointed in the size of it. It’s so small, not large at all as advertised.

The "small, medium, and large" of the product are just relative to shoe size. We would be happy to take them back for return or exchange. The service was great and quick. But the insoles are 3/4 of an inch too short. I ordered a 9, they say 9, but they're too short for my size 8.5 shoes. I'm using them.. was desperate..and they ARE very comfy

My orders come fairly quickly; however, the boxes are always destroyed. They were not as bad in the past, but much worse now. So far, everything inside is ok. I remove insoles and discard boxes and put my supply in plastic bags.
