It had been over 12 days and I haven't received my shoes so I dont think I need to write a review

We do offer expedited shipping options at checkout if the free shipping option is not a fast enough speed. Please also keep in mind that holidays do effect shipping. Your order was not able to be shipped until after Labor Day. We appreciate your business and if we can assist at all, we're here to help.

They were too small and they didn't work so I sent them back and I'm waiting on a refund

The Insole Store gives you a lot of selection and tries to fit you with the best fit insoles. I use them all the time. The only thing I thing they need to correct is on their website ordering form. It should not assign a shoe size by default. I have overlooked choosing a size and they send me the smallest women's insole on the list. Then you have to pay postage to return the items to get the correct size. The site should not have a default size but be blank and then prompt the customer to choose a size when no size has been selected at checkout. It would be a simple fix and save the customers the time, inconvenience and extra postage to correct the mistake. Outside of that it's a great company to work with.

The insoles I ordered arrived in good shape, but the box they were in was somewhat crushed, which was troubling.

These insoles are particularly wide, significantly wider than Superfeet which I've used for many years & wider than any recent insole I've tried. Given that I have narrow feet anyway, they are virtually useless for me as they do not fit properly in any of my "B" width shoes.

I have ordered from the Insole Store in the past, and the website is very easy to navigate and use; however, the last two times I tried to order insoles, they did not have my size. That is quite frustrating. I now order from the manufacturer directly.

The half insoles I got were intended to help give support to the Rothy’s flats that I love. Unfortunately these insoles made my heel sit too high and so they slipped out of the back of the shoes. They might work for a different cut shoe, but not for the Rothy’s flat.

The insoles were great and the price was good. However, when it took over 2 weeks after shipping with no tracking updates, I contacted customer service to see if they could get an update. I finally received the insoles, but never heard back from customer service. This was disappointing and not the sort of customer service I expected from this company. I understand the shipping delay was not their fault, but lack of response to my message certainly was within their control.

My first shot at ordering what I wanted... it went to my cart, but then I couldn't find the next step... pay and ship. Instead I was sent to a promo enabling me to use my master card for paying other sites easily... That got me messed up with Master Card... and I still couldn't get to the pay and send next step from my cart. I finally called Master Card and they canceled my attempts do something with the paying other sites page. Then I finally got an email from TheInsoleStore.com inviting me to pay for what was in my cart... beautiful and simple... I paid.

Great variety but tried to talk to someone to find out which one was right for me ? that was unsuccessful so had to order several will end up having to send some back. to much hassle? SORRY AFTER POST WAS TOLD THAT THEINSOLESTORE TRIED TO CONTACT ME FOUND IT IN MY JUNK E-MAIL. MY FAULT!!!!!!!

I have tried to sign up for the easy orders, so I don't have to pull out my credit/debit card and give my mailing address for every time I order But it just wouldn't set up.

This was my second order. However, this time---the brown backing was not included with the green part of the inserts. They may have discontinued that but it was very disappointing!
