I have waited almost one month to receive the slipper. It was supposed for my daughter, since it took too long, she could not wait for it, so she bought the slipper from another store herself.

The Birkenstock insoles are great. Keep carrying them! The delivery time of more than 3 weeks to go a few states east— not great at all! My feet were not happy.

I am aware that Covid-19 is causing delays in all mailings and deliveries but, why could you not inform me when I purchased this gift for my sons birthday that it would take ten(10) days?? Poor communication equals poor service. Normally I would expect an apology and a gift as a sign of your lack of professionalism but- it is a pandemic right?? Try better!!! Michael

This product seem to be a good quality but it his to small, you should have grater size .Thank you for taking this suggestion to consideration since most of the supplier of this product does not offer grater size, if you do considere it you would make a lot of business in mine opinion

Ordering is easy but can be confusing as there are many options and the descriptions of the different insoles isn't clear as to their unique differences. A”compare” function would be helpful. Exchanges are allowed, but shipping is expensive.

I have been purchasing Insoleq products for many years because I find them to be of the best quality, the issue I experience is with the coupons; each time I seem to use them is when they expire and I can’t use them every single time they’re sent so I constantly miss out on all the savings. Extremely frustrating

I love the 3 insole products I have. When I tried to order 2 more insoles, your order site, for the first time showed a $7.80 tax to be charged ..My state does not have a sales tax. It took quite a bit of time on your customer service site to get my order in without a tax charge. The order arrived today, days later than first identified. The insoles are great.

The product that I ordered arrived quickly. Unfortunately, the product description on the website didn't provide enough detail for me to realize the product I ordered would not fit my needs. Therefore, it cost me postage and a restocking fee to return the item for credit.

I needed a high metatarsal support, like the one i got from the Good Feet store before it closed. I ordered several of your metatarsal products but they don’t hold the metatarsal area high eyto prevent stress fractures.

They work wonders, especially against my plantar fasciitis, and they are extremely comfortable. But the price of these things is just ridiculous, even on sale, which these were.

The price of product and shipping time were excellent. However, the arch support cookies I ordered lacked a truly adhesive backing and would not stick to the inside of the shoe. My son needs something permanent and this brand did not suffice.

Selecting the orthotics was no problem, but paying for them was frustratingly difficult with The website not willing to accept my address. I wasted lots of time before the town, zip code And state was finally accepted.

I have returned my purchase a larger size. The women's flip flops are narrow in the size I normally wear (8 to 9) but had to return for a 10. The fit across the toe area is too tight. Wondering if I should order a mens' size for a wider size?

I bought 2 sets of insoles women’s 10/10.5 Unfortunately both sets fell short size wise They do not go all the way to the toe My Hoka gym shoe is size 10.5 The insoles run short about 1/2 inch so all my toes are not on sole. What to do?
