I’ve purchased 4 pairs of Pedag leather insoles (1 for each family member). Service is prompt and the product quality and pricing are very good. I think we’re all adjusting to them. I’ll definitely order from The Insole Store in the future.

ordered insoles on 12/31/24 said they would be delivered by mail on 1/2/25 ,, have not recieved conformation on them through my email as of today 1/3/25 thank you

I like the ability to order my inserts from you. The only negative thing I have to say that it just takes so long to get here my delivery has not gotten here yet and it’s been over a week.

Although ultimately I am confident these will be awesome insoles it was a bit difficult to discern actual differences in-between models

Wpould be a 5star, except, I wish there culd be a note: that says something about flattershoe insole patforms need higher arch insole. Stir 5 Star service and Power Step insoles

Shopping experience was fine, however DHL sent my insoles to the wrong town. Now I have no idea how long before they actually get here. My feet hurt!

The process to add my order was fine. Pretty easy in fact. My suggestion that would make it better is to offer quatity discounts, especially to loyal customers.

i have bought several types of products. From. my experience thus far only two Pedag brand types were absolutely perfect. DeobFresh and Leather. These two came having the siza requested, relatively durable and very comfortable

Shipped quickly. Good value. Both boxes of insoles were crushed in the mail. However the insoles themselves appear undamaged.

I was able to find what I needed easy enough but every time I go to the web site, the prices are higher still. I don't catch up on % off offers either.
