I have flat feet, so was looking for a high arch support. The type of arch in each insert wasn't always easy to discern. Also, there wasn't a filter that could search for high, medium, normal, or low arch support, if that what was needed.

Thank you for your feedback, Jon! We do offer a filter on our website to distinguish between high, neutral, and low arch support insoles named "Arch height". We also list which arch type each arch support is suitable for in the product description of each insole. I have been suffering with Tendinitis . I found your insoles so I decided to get them a try. I have only walked a few times since buying them and they seem to help. I will see as I continue to walk over the next several weeks.

Easy to shop and shipping is fast. I do wish the insoles were not so expensive. I tend to try to purchase during a sale or a free shipping offer.

You have too many credit and debit cards listed that are now invalid. Then you have to check out as a guest to put your new debit or credit card numbers in.

I ordered different insoles. Will see how they do. Not happy with my previous order. I ordered 2 pair and they broke down within 6 months. My previous ones lasted two years. If this order is not up to snuff I will look else where. My order is not here yet.

We are sorry to hear that your previous PowerStep insoles were not a good fit for your needs, as they broke down within 6 months. We are happy to hear that you were able to get two years of wear out of your previous insoles, as that is out of the norm for the typical life span on a pair of insoles. Typically, with normal wear and tear, a pair of high-quality shoe insoles or orthotic arch supports should last six to nine months. For those who are on their feet a greater percentage of the time, insoles typically last around three to six months. However, there are many factors involved when determining whether it's time to replace your insoles or arch supports.
