“The delivery was quick and ordering was easy. Unfortunately I had to return them they weren't the exact ones I had before. After searching the site couldnt find them. Return was easy. I would order again if they have what I need.”

“I walked in comfort today after getting my gel insert. It is a little bulkier than my previous ones but is comfortable. I use inserts not because my feet hurt, but because they give just enough lift that my hips do not hurt when I walk...I know it sounds strange, but these inserts work.”

“The stock is extensive and gave a lot of good choices. Ordering was easy. The only problem is it took many days to arrive. I was notified along the way so I was able to get it.”

As they are not covered under a Wear Test Guarantee, the insoles are returnable as long as they are brand new and still in their original packaging. “I was looking for shoe inserts. Found them at TheInsoleStore.com. Ordering was quick and easy. The inserts showed up in my mailbox 3 days later. The only downside was that I had to pay $4.99 to ship insoles that cost only $21. That is a 23% shipping charge. I did save having to find them in a local store and driving to the store. So, 23% charge for convenience. I may rethink whether-or-not to google local stores for the same inserts next time.”

Currently, our Economy Shipping offered at $4.99 is our cheapest shipping option, as $4.99 is the lowest price we are able to ship our orders while still being cost effective to our company. Domestic orders over $25 do ship for free, so if you truly love the inserts and plan to use them in more than one pair of shoes, you can always opt to purchase two pairs on your next order with us to reach the Free Shipping threshold. “I ordered black insoles what I thought was on superfeet.com and received Powerstep Pinnacle blue/light blue.Not sure what happened with the order, but there was a price difference in your favor.”
