Sherylyn (Insole Store customer service) helped me to choose the best insole (PS Pinnacle Low Insole (10-10.5 mens)) based on my podiatrist's advice. My Insole Store purchases were handled very well with good email communication, shipment tracking and on-time delivery. The size I ordered is too big. My foot measures 9 inches. The shoe measures 11 inches. Too big. what is the process to return and replace with correct size? Please let me know either email or phone call 760-220-1688. Thank you.

I purchased the Form Memory Foam insoles just before leaving on a trip. I promptly received my order. Prior to buying these insoles, I lived in my Oofos flip flops. I wanted to be able to wear tennis shoes without pain and these insoles did that. My feet were happy.

This is my first time buying from The Insole Store. The expirience of ordering insoles was great. They arrived very quickly. Even though the product was great, I had to make an exchange which took a while. I told them about it and they were very gracious and generous in how they responded. I like the webpage, but as a new customer I wasn’t able to use the 10% discount “welcome10”. I initially used my iPhone to get the code then used my iPad to purchase the insole.

The products themselves are good. They were delivered timely. The only negative was, when ordering, I was offered a 10% discount for registering my email address, etc. with the store. The discount, however, was not applied to my order when I 'checked-out'. I was not pleased with this.

The insoles I wanted were not available in my size so I had to get a different pair. Now we’ll see if I get them with no hitches. The last time I ordered from here, there were some hiccups.
