Thank you for your feedback, Samuel! Our store actually does not offer Next-Day delivery as a shipping option. We offer both Expedited Shipping (estimated to arrive after 1-3 days in transit plus one day for final delivery), and Standard/Free Shipping (estimated to arrive after 2-5 days in transit plus one day for final delivery); You selected our Standard/Free Shipping at checkout. Your order left our warehouse on 2/5/25 and is expected to arrive to you by 2/11/25 per your tracking, so your order is arriving within the expected time frame for the delivery method you chose. We will be following up with a tracking status email to ensure are able to follow along with the progress of your order up until final delivery. “TheInsoleStore team did a great job. The USPS, on the other hand, did not. For some reason, every time I order from your store, they send my package to the same wrong post office where it sits for 48 hours not going anywhere. Using DHL for pickup and the USPS for the last mile does not work well here.”

“So far the product seems to work fine walking around my home haven’t tried walking long distance yet it’s been about 6 months since I’ve had foot pain so hopefully this will help”

“Hi to the professionals at insole store. 2 orders ago ,I found out I don’t like metatarsal pads in my insoles. My recent order has metatarsal pads-I looked again and again at the description but somehow got the wrong ones…I adapted them like the lat pair (Pedags). Ok so far.”

“How about offering up a toll free phone number?????? I am not very good with computers. Every time I order from you, and I do like your company, its very hard to get properly processed. You are lucky I like your company, otherwise I would shop someplace else where it is easier and user friendly.”
