“It has been years and still using The InSole Store to purchase my Power Step Women's High Arch insoles. The price is less expensive than other companies, you get free shipping and handling, delivery is fast and great customer service. If I had a question they are there with a answer. I would highly recommend The Insole Store for your needs.”

“Do not like the no tracking numbers sent and no notification of orders sent. Prices are good but customer communication is non existent.”

“I bought Birkenstock insoles for my Birkenstock Honnef shoes. The insoles that were original to the shoes were not the same as was ordered. And, the insole pieces were not glued together. I looked carefully and ordered...what appeared to be the same; but, they were not. Am I disappointed? Yes. But, I guess that this is the only thing close enough to the original insoles for the Honnef shoes. Correct me if I am wrong. For this reason, I only gave 3 stars.”

The Birkenstock BirkoSport Arch Support Insoles are a two-piece insole featuring a cork lined BirkoCork bottom piece insert with moleskin, and a BirkoZell foam cushion top piece. The top and bottom pieces may be worn either separately or together, which is why they were not glued together when you received them. As we do not carry the Birkenstock Honnef shoes in our store, unfortunately, we are unfamiliar with the original insole that comes inside of them. We sincerely apologize for that! “It is easy to shop on your website for the items I need...I found the metatarsal pads that I have bought in the past and bought more of them...while on the site i added a pair of socks that look good...both orders arrived in a timely manner and have been put to good use, keeping my feet comfortable.”

“Good customer service It was not clear to me what width to order and the Birkenstock insoles I ordered were too wide. I returned them and was sent the correct size. They are exactly like my old ones and I am very pleased.”

“I'm amazed that the size 8 does not fit in my shoes. I usually wear size 8. Another thing I've used it in a pair of sneakers that they fit in. They are really hard and hurt the bottom of my feet. I know I'll have to get size 7 for them to fit in my shoes.”

The insoles you purchased offer a semi-rigid support, meaning they are semi-firm with some flexibility. If you are looking for something softer on your feet, you might consider a cushioned arch support which is soft and flexible. The insoles are also trim-to-fit, so you may need to trim them down at the toes to get the fit you are looking for as the size you purchased is intended to accommodate a Women's size 8-8.5.
