“Easy to find & abundance or differnt items for everyone on their website. If you cannot find what you are looking for or have an issue The Insole Store customer service team is excellent. They answer emails within 24 hrs or a lot less. I have been a loyal customer of The Insole Store & Power Step brand for a decade. I have flat feet & bought Power Step high arch insoles that saved my back (pricey). Then I found Power Step "Bridge" insoles to my surprise were even better & less expensive!! I always have 1-2 pairs on handle because Power Step is a good brand & always sell out fast. Power Step also has the excellent customer service. The Insole Store most of the time will offer 10% off if you ask for it. Saves a little money. Highly recommend The Insole Store. Only place I ever given 5 stars too.”

Our products that are left and right foot specific give you the option to choose a left or right insole for your foot. “I made an error and ordered the wrong item somehow. The Insole Store was happy to exchange the item, but I needed it sooner than the standard turn-around for an exchange. I reached out to customer service and the expedited my item. I was able to use the correct insoles on my long hike and it made all the difference in the world. Thank you to The Insole Store for going above and beyond!”

“I ordered from you about five years ago and my experience was excellent regarding your customer service. The products that I ordered have been wonderful during these last five years. Since I have more shoes I have a need for more of the inserts, especially for my heels since I have one leg longer than the other. I am very impressed with the speed in which my order was filled, also with the way you kept me up-to-date regarding tracing the shipping of my order. I highly recommend you to anyone and everyone who needs inserts for their shoes.”
