The ordering process was seamless enough, however had I k own the return policy before I ordered I would have looked to find what I was ordering elsewhere. I am not in favor of having to pay return shipping fees and a surcharge on a money back return. I am hoping I will be happy with my shoes when the arrive.

Promo did not work and items I need were not available in a link from the emailed promo after an extensive search. Item descriptions seemed to have been written by AI and do not reflect reality. Follow-up: after this above review, customer service intervened and credited the 10% savings and rush my orders. Great response! Thank you!

Shopping at TheInsoleStore.com website was quick and easy. I was familar with the product I purchased. I had to resort to online shopping for the item as they were no longer carried in the stores I frequent. I'm glad it was easy to order and the product showed up the next day.

I was sent your website from the customer care team of the original shoe manufacturer due to the insoles that came with the shoes were faulty. The selection on your site was great and the search process was easy. I would have appreciated a filter around running style to narrow my search a little more or description of the benefits of each feature (rigid vs. cushioned, etc.), but that was not a major concern. I am very happy with the experience and my purchase.

Thank you for your feedback! We show that your order was placed on Sunday, 1/28/24. Our Warehouse is closed on the weekends, so your order shipped out first thing Monday morning. You selected our Free Shipping method at checkout, which has an estimated delivery time frame of 3-5 day. Your order has only been in transit for 4 days so we are still within the expected time frame for delivery. Should you need your order more quickly in the future, we do offer an Express shipping method at checkout. We do not require our customers to download an app to track their order. Our website provider, Shopify, utilizes their app (Shop Pay) so that customers have the option of tracking all of their orders made through websites that use Shopify in one place. When we send out shipping confirmation emails, we also provide a USPS tracking link so that customers can track their orders that way without downloading an app. We will be resending your tracking confirmation email as well as following up privately to ensure you are able to track your order. We appreciate your business!

The insoles were the same price as on Amazon and I wanted to give a smaller business my business so I ordered from the insole store. It was the weekend and it wouldn’t take my code for 10% off so I called on Monday and the lady that helped me had a lot going on in the background on our call. I tried to be tactful and mentioned it twice but she never told whomever or whatever it was to stop. she was nice enough but if you’re going to work from home for goodness sake do it in a quiet place. Or apologize.
